Return window: 14 days
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to initiate a return.
Accepted returns
- Unopened product in original packaging
- Defective or damaged product upon delivery
- Wrong reference or wrong product delivered
- Product different from the description on the site
Refused returns
- Opened or used product (hygiene reasons)
- Product returned after 14 days
- Product without original packaging
- Product ordered by personal mistake
How to initiate a return?
1.Contact customer service
Write to us via the contact form or WhatsApp with your order number.
2.Request validation
Our team reviews your request within 24 hours and confirms whether the return is accepted.
3.Send the product back
Return the product in its original packaging with the provided return slip.
4.Refund or exchange
After receipt and verification, your refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Refund terms
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at checkout (Wave, Orange Money, or credit card). Initial shipping fees are not refunded unless the error was ours.
