1About the platform
Xeewal is an online store specializing in wellness and personal care products, available in Senegal. We are committed to providing a discreet, secure, and privacy-respecting shopping experience.
2Access and registration
Access to the platform is open to anyone aged 18 or older. Registration is free and requires accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
3Placing an order
Any order placed on Xeewal constitutes a firm and final sales contract. You will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order. Xeewal reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock shortage or incorrect information.
4Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in FCFA and include all applicable taxes. Payment is made online via Wave, Orange Money, or credit card. No transaction is finalized without payment confirmation.
5Delivery
Delivery in Dakar takes 24 to 48 hours and in other regions of Senegal 3 to 7 business days. Packages are shipped in neutral packaging with no mention of the brand or contents.
6Intellectual property
All content on the platform (logos, images, texts, product visuals) is the exclusive property of Xeewal. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
7Liability
Xeewal declines all responsibility for misuse of products. Product information is provided for guidance only. In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action.
8Changes to terms
Xeewal reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email or platform notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
